About Us

We started US CyberLane in 2023 with the goal of simplifying IT for businesses and individuals. Over time, we’ve recognized a growing need among older adults and veterans for support in staying digitally safe and connected, as technology plays a vital role in improving quality of life. Through our Bridge to Tech program, our mission is to partner with agencies that serve seniors and veterans, delivering the tools, training, and support they need for a safer, more connected future.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Details

  • All technicians at US CyberLane undergo thorough background checks, along with any additional screenings or verifications required by client agencies or companies.

  • All technicians at US CyberLane are CompTIA A+ certified or actively enrolled in certification courses to be completed within six months of their start date.

  • All US CyberLane technicians carry official identification badges, and a photo of the assigned technician will be provided when a service request is confirmed.

  • Our technicians provide on-site service, traveling directly to the consumer's location to deliver the requested support.

  • Our Bridge to Tech program operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

  • Our Bridge to Tech services are billed at $40 per hour, with a one-hour minimum for all service appointments.

  • Service requests can be canceled at any time. Cancellations made less than one hour before the scheduled service start time will incur a $25 fee.

  • We do not provide repair services for physically damaged tablets or phones.

  • Billing for completed services is set to net 15 terms but can be adjusted based on client agency or company needs, provided the changes are fair and align with the interests of all parties involved.

  • All services are tracked through our ticketing system, which provides real-time status updates to the requesting party from ticket creation to resolution.

  • Client agencies and companies can submit service requests through our ticketing system portal, via email, or by calling our help desk.

  • Reports requested by client agencies or companies can be provided to help them gain a clearer understanding of their consumers’ needs.

  • If client agency or company is no longer doing business with US CyberLane, all related data will be securely destroyed within 30 days to prevent any misuse or mishandling.

  • In the email body, provide details about the service you need.

  • Send email — and you're done!

A support ticket will be created automatically upon receipt.

Submit a Service Request

All tickets should include:

  • Agency or Company name.

  • Manager or Supervisor Approval (name or proof of authorization).

  • Case Manager's Contact Information (name, phone number, and email).

  • Consumer's Information (full name, phone number, and service address).

  • Description of Requested Service.

  • Any Additional Details that may help us deliver a better experience for the consumer.
